    Beauty on a Budget!

As poor, hard-up and destitute students, it can sometimes be tricky to keep up with our beauty routines. We simply don’t have the spare coins to splurge on make-up and skincare! But never fear, my dears, because I’ve done some digging to find you my favourite affordable make-up and skincare products. HURRAY.   The Ordinary Coverage Foundation £5.90 This foundation has been endlessly praised by bloggers all over the internet. Boasting a semi-matte finish with unique formulation, this foundation blends like a dream. The only downside? The foundation claims to be full-coverage, but I’d definitely say it’s more medium-buildable. Nevertheless, for £5.90 per 30ml, how could we possibly complain? Oh,…

Match Preview: Huddersfield Town v Crystal Palace

Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner answered questions at his pre-match press conference ahead of The Terrier’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace. With the sides being in 15th and 18th position, this is a crucial relegation six pointer, something that wasn’t lost on the Town boss: “It’s a big game, there’s no doubt about it. What gives us confidence is that in the big games, like the play-off semi-final, the final and against West Brom, the players perform. It’s very important that we are there, focussed on our work, our individual jobs, the togetherness. We now have a big, big chance to collect another three points against an opponent that…

“For the thousandth time; Yes, I’ve voted.”

As yet another election campaign comes to a close, I’ve found myself once again questioning the manner in which our parties pay for votes. Before I continue, let me be clear that this article is not intended to deter students from voting, in fact, quite the opposite. Nor is it designed to specifically attack any candidates. Good student representatives are important, but so are good voters.
